ResetDOC Activities
The Association Reset-DOC (Dialogues On Civilizations) – whose main aim is promoting dialogue and intercultural relationships throughout the world – organizes several public meetings both at national and international levels, and it regularly produces publications dedicated to the promotion of dialogue in the world.
A website for all world tribes: RESETDOC.ORG
In Fall 2006 the Association launched its website. Resetdoc.org is a magazine specialized in issues related to intercultural dialogue and offers to its readers a multilingual version with contents in Italian, English, Arabic and French. ResetDoC exploits the Association activities as well as the contributions of its international scientific committees. The editorial staff, by working in cooperation with Reset magazine, produce articles, book reviews and interviews about cultural conflicts - addressing them from a political, philosophical and historical point of view –, the methods and contents of dialogue among civilizations, and human rights. The editorial staff are carrying out two particularly relevant initiatives: the creation of a Lexicon of Interculture and ResetDoC Dialogues - prominent intellectuals who belong to different cultural areas exchange their ideas on a key-issue of the intercultural debate today. International media and press have been attentively following ResetDoC publications and the Association activities and events - from «Die Zeit» to «Corriere della Sera», from «la Repubblica» to «SignandSight», from «AlAhram» to «Frankfurter Rundschau».
